Brandy Ring, PT, DPT

Owner, Physical Therapist, Certified Dry Needling

An alumnus of Roanoke College, Brandy earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Emory & Henry’s inaugural class in 2018. A native of Grayson County, she is proud to be able to provide rehabilitation services to the community in her hometown.

Sarah Quesenberry, PT, DPT

Owner, Physical Therapist, Certified Dry Needling

After completing her undergraduate studies at ETSU, Sarah earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Emory & Henry’s inaugural class in 2018.  Originally from Tennessee, Sarah now calls Virginia home.  As a talented and passionate therapist, Sarah brings a tremendous skill set to Mountain Valley Physical Therapy.

A native of Bristol, VA, Jack earned his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from King College and attained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Emory & Henry College. He has spent the entirety of his career serving the rural communities of southwest Virginia, and has found his passion in doing so.  Outside of physical therapy, Jack enjoys his time with his wife, Sarah, and their two pups.

Born and raised in Galax, VA, Brandon is proud to be a part of Mountain Valley Physical Therapy and serve the community he calls home. Brandon enjoys fishing and golfing in his spare time, but he mostly enjoys spending time with his wife Brandy and his daughter Bailey.

Erica Forrester, PT, DPT

Clinic Director, Physical Therapist

A native of Marion, VA, Erica began pursuing her dream of becoming a Physical Therapist while at Radford University. In 2018, she graduated from Emory & Henry as a part of the inaugural class of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Erica has served SWVA since graduation and is motivated to continue to serve this region with Mountain Valley Physical Therapy. She hopes to eventually pursue animal rehabilitation.

A native of Marion, VA, Erica began pursuing her dream of becoming a Physical Therapist while at Radford University. Jade is a native of Sparta, NC and received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech. Jade is eager to serve her local community with Mountain Valley Physical Therapy and enjoys being involved with the local athletic teams. Outside of her passion for PT, Jade cherishes time spent with family and friends as well as time outdoors with her two dogs, Sam and Riley.

Zachary Cayton, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Zach is originally from Greenville, NC, obtaining his undergraduate degree from East Carolina University. He has spent the better part of the past three years in the mountains of NC and VA as he pursued his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Western Carolina University, graduating in May 2023.  Zach began working at Mountain Valley in August 2023 and is excited to engage with the local communtiy. In his free time, Zach likes to explore the parks and trails in Southwest VA, play guitar, and collect music.

Erin Blackburn, LPTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Erin graduated with a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Wytheville community College in 2007. She is now proud to serve her hometown community as a PTA for Mountain Valley physical Therapy. She provides her extensive clinical knowledge and experience to improve the health and lives of her patients daily. She helps to cultivate an environment in which her patients feel comfortable and at home with her and Mountain Valley. She and her husband are proud to raise her two kids in beautiful southwest Virginia.

Michelle Bedsaul, LPTA

Physical Therapist Assistant, ASTYM Certified

Michelle graduated with a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Wytheville Community College in 2010. She is certified in ASTYM, a treatment that regenerates healthy soft tissues and reduces unwanted scar tissue causing pain or movement restrictions. She enjoys being able to provide care in her home town and provide services that help people get back to what they love to do. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter, and spending time with her family. 

Stevie Siford, LPTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Stevie is a native of Carroll County and is a 2020 graduate of Wytheville Community College. Prior to graduating from Wytheville, Stevie attended Radford University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine in 2018. She spent her college years as a PT tech and fell in love with helping people in the world of physical therapy. In her free time, she love being with my family and friends and enjoys making memories through travel and experiences. You will more than likely find her on the water or in the woods outside of work. 

Linda Spencer

Lead Patient Services Representative, Office Manager

Linda has spent most of her life in the Galax region. She has spent many years in the physical therapy world, assisting clients and patients to receive the best possible care. Linda is a very hard worker who refuses to slow down until her clients are satisfied. She and her husband are very proud of their 2 kids, and she loves to spend time with her pups. If you have any questions about Mountain Valley Physical Therapy, Linda would be happy to provide you with information and some chocolate!

Chelsea Hamilton

Patient Service Representative

Chelsea is an experienced administrative professional with over seven years specifically dedicated to Physical Therapy. Her extensive background in office management and insurance billing makes her a great attribution to our team at Mountain Valley Physical Therapy. Chelsea and her two children proudly call southwest Virginia home but enjoy traveling along the east coast to visit with family and friends in their spare time. Chelsea is very knowledgeable and is happy to help with whatever you may need!

Zachary Cayton, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist
